Great job on our carpets - they always feel so clean and fresh.
Jeff called ahead, was on time at the beginning of the time window. He assessed the areas and discussed options for cleaning/treatments before starting the work. The carpet is very clean and fresh. He was respectful of me and our home and even left some show covers to wear until the carpet fully dried.
Don't think "Wil" put any muscle into his work. He kept talking about how tired he was. We were is last job and going home.

The gentleman who came to clean my carpets was very thorough and did an excellent job. I was his last job of the day and could have rushed through but he made sure the carpet was cleaned to perfection. I cannot remember his name but he totally deserves recognition.
Their employees always do a wonderful job and my carpets, even though they are very old, always look refreshed when they’re done.

Thorough and clean
Incorrect quote over the phone. Added $20. Absolutely nothing is clean - just looks like hot water was thrown around and extracted.
Any carpet cleaner we used in the past brought very strong vacuum cleaners and did not ask us to vacuum prior to service. I also assumed Zerorez meant no residue. There was a lot of residue so, of course, I had to vacuum again.

Technician was nice, but didn’t do a great job. Let stains that should have easily come out; didn’t offer deodorant option so house smelled damp; left the stairs way to wet - took 2 days even with fans running to dry. Not our best experience with Zerorez.
Sal did an excellent job on our carpets. We scheduled him soon for sofa cleaning.
He is very kind professional and we will gladly refer him to our neighbors and friends.

10 for the tech and one for the price
Scheduling was good, customer service was good, the technician was friendly and professional, communication was good. However, there were still spots on the carpet that weren't clean and I was expecting more around the pet stain/odor correction, a deeper clean per se. I was surprised at how quickly the job went, not a bad thing if it would have been a routine maintenance cleaning, but it just felt to me like a very surface oriented clean, rather than a comprehensive clean which is what I required. I'm going to need to hire someone again to address the odor in the one room, which is more the effects from a pet stain cleaning solution I tried using with a Bissel home machine.
I had one carpet stain-it was the main concern and the reason I decided to professionally clean the carpet in multiple rooms. When the carpet was wet, the stain was not noticeable, but as soon as it dried, it looked like it did before the cleaning. I'm not sure how the stain was addressed-if it was even pretreated or not, but it did not seem like something that was too difficult to remove (soap and water were used and the soap left a residue which caused a stain).
I would like to know how the stain was treated and if possible have it removed. I was never told that the stain would not be able to be removed when I mentioned it as the main concern.
