Most of all, we were pleased with the specific technician, Jorge, who was prompt, professional, true to his estimate, and personal at the same time. He has renewed my faith in having someone in our home who is honest and hard working. Secondly, we like the treatment with alkaline water. I feel the rugs are truly cleaner. He was in and out, diligent and efficient, yet friendly and engaged, in under three hours, cleaning 7 rooms and our couch, which was like new!

Beautiful job! Technician worked hard to leave clean carpet and tile floor.

Francisco did a wonderful job cleaning our carpets. He was very thorough and careful. He was very nice and friendly too.

On time, attention to detail, consistent service/quality regardless of the technician, always ends with a safety reminder not to slip on tile coming off of wet carpet. Well done!

The staff is very professional. They cleaned the carpet and sofa very good.

The technicians are friendly, clean and explain everything they are doing. They are considerate of our belongings and will help move items, I'm in my 70's and can't always move items myself. They do a great job, even on our on our old carpet and chairs. Another plus, things don't get soaked and dry in a reasonable amount of time. Great company, employees and price...

After many years as a customer, I am unhappy with my most recent cleaning. The carpet was left quite wet. It wasn't all the way dry for three days. We had to leave the furniture out of place and work around it. I think the equipment wasn't strong enough to remove the water or the technician (Chris) didn't do enough to vacuum the water out at the end.
And I have a series of purple spots in the middle of the family room carpet that was not there before the cleaning.
After all of the good experiences over the years, this one has been disappointing.

I like the fact that no harsh chemicals are used and gives me peace of mind that it's safe for my dog and cats and especially my new grandson!
The service was excellent because our technician listened to what I needed done and was friendly, happy and enthusiastic!

Provide techs with some type of cover for where carpets join wood or tile floors.
Without them, we have to wash our floors and the overspray is slippery.

That you don’t use harsh chemicals that leave a smell. It’s safe for humans and pets.

The technicians have always arrived on time and have been nice. They review the home and services before starting. No surprise at the end except for clean floors!

Great customer service

My bi-annual service was with Francisco, and he was the best technician I’ve ever had with zerorez. The carpet was squeaky clean and dried very very quickly. He put styrofoam under my furniture so he could clean more areas with care. This was the first time I experienced this. Francisco was the best yet!!

Very happy with the tile and grout cleaning I had done in my home.
