Provide techs with some type of cover for where carpets join wood or tile floors.
Without them, we have to wash our floors and the overspray is slippery.

That you don’t use harsh chemicals that leave a smell. It’s safe for humans and pets.
The technicians have always arrived on time and have been nice. They review the home and services before starting. No surprise at the end except for clean floors!

My bi-annual service was with Francisco, and he was the best technician I’ve ever had with zerorez. The carpet was squeaky clean and dried very very quickly. He put styrofoam under my furniture so he could clean more areas with care. This was the first time I experienced this. Francisco was the best yet!!

I love the after-results whenever work is done in my home by Zero Rez. Yesterday, Julio cleaned my 30-yr-old tiled flooring and it came out great, looks like I got new tile.
I appreciate that they're chemical free and the house never smells when you're done work8ng.

Not only were the carpets the cleanest they have been, but the Technician went to great lengths to clean up many stains and issues! Their Teck was prompt, professional, a great advisor when I asked questions, helped me understand future care with the dog stains I have and a hard worker. I was very very satisfied and will call Zerorez next time.
