Most of all, it is the real deal. There is no residue at all! Carpets are fresh and sparkling clean.

I have been using you folks for a very long time. Wouldn't think of using another carpet service. I had my house re carpeted last year and decided I should get it cleaned whether or not it needed it just to make sure it will last a long time like my past carpet. Your young men are very nice and professional and I am glad I had it taken care of this past Saturday. I have touted good things about you folks to my family and friends and they all feel the same way after using your service. And when you have deal going I jump on it. Thank you for your service
The zerorez technician did a thorough, clean job on our carpets. He was a professional. He prepped and protected our floors and bannisters, which we appreciated. This carpet company is a keeper for sure. Thank you for doing a great job!!

prices seem very high, especially for a 8X10 carpet. Extra protectant seems high $30 per romm. Don't remember a $36 water fee, especially if water is recycled
The specials are fantastic, the technicians are friendly and always arrive on time. No pressured upsales. Carpet clean and drys in a day. Highly recommend.
I was told that using your service, with your different water, would leave my carpets clean but not crunchy. I was pleased with the outcome regarding cleanliness but the process did leave the carpets crunchy. In addition, in my opinion, it took quite a while for the carpets to dry.
