Friendly and got the job done
ZeroRez cleans my off white carpet really well. It is the best carpet cleaning service I have used. I love that it dries very quickly. Outstanding results, my carpet looks brand new and it is four years old and I have a dog too. The employees take care to put plastic under all of my wooden furniture that could not be moved.
The service person was on time and thorough in his cleaning of my rugs and couches.
Robert was great! Professional, informative and had an attention for detail.

There were a few spots that didn’t get clean. But more then that it took almost 3 days to dry, which lead to us needing to stay one night in a hotel as well as run our ac non stop for two days. This resulted in extra monetary expenses that we were not expecting.
One of the rooms was not done correctly. Needs a once over.

We have used Zerorez for over 15 years, great product for carpets and tile. Also, the Technicians are always great. We had technician Maurice North clean our tile throughout the house and he did a great job. Efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing to complain about as everything turned out perfect.
Our wool carpet was expertly cleaned by Sal and now it looks terrific!

We have used Zerorez exclusively for all of our carpet cleaning needs. The technicians always arrive on time and the cleaning process proceeds quickly and efficiently. They are respectful of our property and the carpets are perfectly cleaned. There is no residue remaining on the carpets after the cleaning and they stay clean much longer. We have a pet friendly household and there are always dogs present, both ours and other family members pets.
If you try Zerorez, you will never use another type of carpet cleaning.

After initial call to make my appointment there was confirmation of date and time several times. Calling with time on day of appointment then on time. 2 technicians arrived looked at the job then quickly set up equipment and got to it. The job was completed

I recently had my carpets cleaned by Zerorez. Francisco was the specialist who cleaned my carpets. He was on time, and thorough. He was careful not to leave a mess in my house and my carpets looked great. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond to do a good job. This was the first time I’ve used a carpet cleaner and their prices seem fair.
