The technician was very professional and cleaned the carpet beyond my expectations. The carpet looks great.
He was polite but kept trying to get us to pay more. I understand adding the set up charge though steep $50 . But he wanted another $50 for spot removal?! a bit much on upcharging us. And there’s still stains

Jorge and his helper did a great job of cleaning my carpet. They were professional and I am very happy with their service.
Job was incomplete with 2 bedrooms perfect as usual and stairs left with marks indicating the cleaning was done only partially. We have used this company for 20 years and are very disappointed. Our cleaning was scheduled around a big social event and we were left with less than a clean house. The attendant is returning but we are unsure if we trust his work ethic. We should be given our $25 coupon card
back at the very least.
My carpets are clean, Zeroez uses their own wawter.

I relly use to be a fan of Zerorez and this year I was disappointed. Any additional little requests resulted is additional charges; never use to be this way. Also your spot remover is not longer offered. Use to be a bottle of liquid cleaner was provided and then the dry ingredients . Now when I asked, I I was given a very small amount.

The cleaner was behind schedule and asked to finish the job another day. He did ask if it was ok to which I said no, we needed it clean that day. He didn’t argue with that, it was just a strange request considering he was only an hour into the job.
I pointed out several high traffic areas and important stains to get and while overall the job was good, there were several stains that did not fully come clean.
He was polite and considerate.
This is our first experience with Zerorez so we'll see how the cleaning holds up. As of now the carpet looks great. Your technician, Robert, did a good job, was very personable and professional.
Didn’t clean floor/grout behind the toilets and bathroom was not done as well as the kitchen. Not sure the reason.
Service person was not helpful with assisting me with moving a few small items, just watched me struggle.
Bedroom carpet was cleaned nicely but I was told that this cleaning system doesn’t work on pet urine- not that I had any but that needs to be known to the public before they sign up.

I do like the products that used to clean the floor
Carpets cleaned very well and after they dried they just felt cleaner- no residues. Technician was friendly and informed but might have used more corner guards for the hoses.

Jeff was fantastic! He did such a great job on our carpets, they look great. So we had him come back to do our white couch, which looks almost new again. Definitely much better job than all others we’ve had come out over the years. We will definitely use Zerorez again, and recommend them to our friends and family.
