It Works!
The job is always 100%! Everyone who has come to clean the carpet has always been efficient and courteous! A couple of times I haven't been able to be here during the job. I feel confident that ZeroRez is honest and will work hard whether or not I'm home! This last time, my 50 lb dog got sick on my white carpet 'll during the evening. No prob for Zero Rez! They got every bit out! No stain!

Horrible! Will not be returning! The rep was not friendly and was not responsive. He left a mess in my house. The hose knocked my walls and left black marks and dirty water all over my walls, floors and baseboards. I was so furious, I asked him to leave before he finished cleaning the tile in the kitchen. I called the main office to let them know and was informed that the manager would call be back and never did. I would like a complete refund as I paid someone to dirty my house and ruin my walls.
