My carpets look fantastic. The specialist did an excellent job. I was kept informed of his arrival time and he was friendly and courteous and took care to protect the furniture that could not be moved.

Pricing was a little high when adding extra items for cleaning. Discount coupons were misleading. $139 was printed on coupon for 3 rooms but servicer added $39 transportation surcharge to advertised price. Technician was on time and did his job as expected.

You did not show up on time, was supposed to be done in the morning. Ended up not being done until afternoon. There was no phone call or heads up and when I ask to be compensated responsibility was not taken.

That was a good cleaning.
The cleaning at 1086 Buckingham Lane, Newport Beach, CA was not good. The stair case in particular the was still dirty. I had the place professionally cleaned and vacuumed 16 hours before the cleaning. The next day after the cleaning i ran a brand new vacuum cleaner and picked up 1 full canister of dirt. Just goes to show that professional cleaning services are sub-par and a waste of money. I can do a far better job myself.
