I’ve used your service to clean my hard floors in the past and with much satisfaction. This time there were a few spots left on the grout, streaks on some areas of the tile, and the bathroom tile/grout was not cleaned. To the technician’s defense, he did spend two hours at our home. However, we would have preferred he finish the job, even if it cost us a little extra.
