The upholstery cleaning on the off white bar stools left them way worse than before cleaning. They have brownish stripes in every direction and look awful. I called and someone will be out Monday to “fix” the issue. However , I have guests arriving for a week on Sunday. Each technician is different. No corner shields were used and I will bullnosed walls so marks dhow from the hose.
I’ve used your company several times and this is the second time that someone has had to return to fix something.

Quick and efficient.

Zerorez is consistent in their cleaning of my carpets. We just had our new carpet cleaned for the first time and as always, it looks pristine! Our previous carpet was over 24 years old, and we replaced it not because it looked awful, but because we are getting a bit older and the thought of moving all the furniture for the replacing to be done was beginning to look daunting. We figure that the old carpet lasted as long as it did and looked as good as it did was all due to Zerorez. I can't recommend them highly enough. Their technicians are clean, professional, and caring. There is never any upselling - but I must say that I ALWAYS have them use the protectant on our carpets. I truly believe that between their cleaning methods and the protectant, you can have beautiful carpets for years!

More attention paid to splatter onto surfaces like marble flooring.
A little more effort at removing dirt and less on talking about what a good job he will do - truly overestimated his accomplishment. He said he spent two hours, but it was more like one hour fifteen minutes because the rest was spent talking about what he would/could do and in going to get gas in the middle of the job.
Still, he was polite, pretty easy to work with, and fast - but maybe a little too fast :D.
