Gentlemen who do the work advise me of things to do to help certain walkways on carpet from coming back so quickly. Ex: vacuum the certain walkways every 1-2 weeks. Also advised of use of protectant on carpet.

This is the first time I've used Zerorez to clean my carpets and I am very satisifed with the resuts. The technician called about one hour in advance of his arrival, and was quick to get to work when he arrived. He worked fast and the end result was a great improvement over most carpet cleaning services. I felt the price was fair and it was less than I normally spend with the national company I usually use.

We have used Zerorez many times and are always extremely happy with the results. We have four precious dogs - so our carpets get real dirty. And Zerorez always gets them very clean and smelling good. Yesterday Will came out and did a fantastic job. He was very professional, friendly and explained everything very well.
