I like that there aren’t any chemicals to be concerned about. The techs are very friendly and mindful of not damaging your house when completing the service. We have been using Zerorez for three consecutive years, and I am very pleased with how my carpet looks.

Good service & good price, although the fuel add on charge is not so nice. If it is a cost of doing business, why not build it into your advertised price?

My technician Sal Alvarez and his colleague arrived on time and did a great job explaining the services they would be doing on the carpet and tile grout. The cleaning results were wonderful, and the level of dampness of the carpet was a lot less than other carpet cleaning services I've used.
The service was professional, efficient and courteous. The carpets look perfect.

Our white carpets have never been so clean. Also, they drei quickly. Previous carpet cleaners hacve soaked the campest and old stains come out. Not so with this service. Worth every penny.

$1.50 a sq.ft to clean a carpet is to much. It’s cheaper to buy new carpet
