We have been having our carpets cleaned by Zerorez for many years and were never told that the rooms were too large or that the stains may be too much work to clean. We have a very well kept home and there were only some of the regular stains on our carpets that have never been a problem. The new owners of this company seem to require the workers to up sell and nickel and dime any thing that they can. The technician did not wear or offer any shoe covers for us to wear while the carpet properly dries. We have always been given shoe covers. This seems like another area that the owners are trying to "cut back on". Such a shame! We will not be using zerorez in the future due to this experience. This company had such a good repuatation and it seems like that will be destroyed in no time at all.
