The way you clean using less soap. You don’t leave any residue in the carpet. You don’t try to push other products on us, to increase the bill. The guys that did the job were very professional and listened to our wishes. They didn’t leave a lot of dampness and the carpets dried very fast.

Chris was on time, friendly and did a great job cleaning my carpets. He took extra time to protect the corner of my walls from damage and laid down a floor barriers to ensure my wood floors would be scarred.

He was polite but kept trying to get us to pay more. I understand adding the set up charge though steep $50 . But he wanted another $50 for spot removal?! a bit much on upcharging us. And there’s still stains

Jorge and his helper did a great job of cleaning my carpet. They were professional and I am very happy with their service.

Job was incomplete with 2 bedrooms perfect as usual and stairs left with marks indicating the cleaning was done only partially. We have used this company for 20 years and are very disappointed. Our cleaning was scheduled around a big social event and we were left with less than a clean house. The attendant is returning but we are unsure if we trust his work ethic. We should be given our $25 coupon card
back at the very least.

My carpets are clean, Zeroez uses their own wawter.
