Company reps were easy to work with to set up a cleaning. Tech was honest regarding the results we could see, yet he got all of the big things and did a good job. Within an hour he was done and the carpet was much nicer than before in the rooms he worked.

i had an appointment with your people in a window from 12noon to 2pm. I was there at 12, your people showed up at 5pm, after I called by phone. I got very satisfied with his job. But, I spent 5 hours of my busy day waiting for the job I that I would pay for. In the sequence, I called the company and exposed my complain and a lady told me the manager would called me. It didn't happen up to now, one week later.
The water used to clean the carpets. Knowing how pure it is, helps me to know that my carpets are getting the best of care.
