technician Julio was amazing! My carpet hasn't been cleaned in 20 years & now looks brand new. No strange odors and carpet is not sticky. Wouldn't use any other company!

The tech kept in contact with me regarding his arrival time. I liked that they put booties on before coming in to the house. They put corner protectors and pads down to protect my flooring and walls. The tech spent a good amount of time trying different things to get a red food stain out of my light beige carpet although it had set in and didn't come out. I will give them a try the next time I have my carpet cleaned.
The technician did a great job cleaning my 27-year old carpet and there is no chemical smell.
