I have used my carpet for six years and Jeff Sauerwein was able to clean it.
I don't know about "products and services" but this guy, Francisco, IS class and pro. He is well organized and confident while doing his job. I can't imagine any better than that. It's obvious that he likes what he does. And Zerorez gotta be happy for having him on board.
That's a reason why I would always recommend the company to my friends and to anyone else.
I've used Zerorez for years and they do an excellent job. Carpets stay cleaner.

Our technician this time was Jeff. He did an excellent job, absolutely a more thorough cleaning than any other technician I've had from Zerorez in the past. He explained everything and was very helpful and precise, definitely professional. I plan to request him for future cleanings.

My wife and I really appreciate that ZeroRez uses no chemicals and harsh soaps that leave sticky residue like other carpet and upholstery cleaning services we have used in the past. Also, the Technician (Robert) was a true professional who was committed to providing the absolute best service possible. Five Stars!
Great customer service and very quick and easy booking process.
I don't think it was the technician's fault, but the carpet section that faces the kitchen needed a little more work. It is always the most soiled of any part of the carpet. Otherwise, James was courteous, cooperative, and worked hard. We will use ZeoRez again.

We found Jeremy to be a very polite, conscientious, hardworking, honest and professional. He outlined all extra charges for extra work and confirmed our approval before he started. He outlined them all of the extras on the invoice for our future reference. I would also say, we have used Zerorez in the past and found all of the technicians to be very good.
