Make sure all Company vans are operating properly. My technician was forced stop and swap out a different van, delaying the process by at least an hour. Having said this, I appreciate that the technician was honest and realized that the first fan was not generating a proper suction .

Maurice North was very informative, helpful and a hard worker. He was on time and called when he was on his way.
I felt I was nickeled and dined on an invoice amount that I had already been communicated, having the tech explain that he worked on commission. One short, maybe 5 ft walkway in primary bedroom was not cleaned, as I suspect he felt that was a hallway. This hallways was done every time on prior visits, so don’t understand why he wouldn’t have done it this time. Tech caught a string on my upstairs carpet that pulled and left a very noticeable bald spot on the carpet. I’ve had this carpet for 10 years, and never has this happened before. However, if it happened, he should have notified me if it, instead of leaving it for me to find. When I asked him about it, he told me it was because my carpet means old. He also requested we take my area rug out to the driveway to clean, and then he’d bring it back inside, but he tried to leave without bringing it inside, telling me it was too heavy. He became irritated when I insisted he bring it back in the house as he had told me he would do. What was I going to do, leave it on the driveway all day until my husband came home to help me?
All in all, the tech was argumentative and I believe lacked integrity and the sense of customer service consistent with my experience with Zerorez for 10+ years. To make this right, I need the bald patch on my carpet fixed and I need my bedroom walkway to be cleaned and I need to not experience poor customer service from Zerorez again. I paid $420 that day, and that should buy me not only clean carpets, but also an experience that is less frustrating.
Also, I called and left a message for someone to return my call to discuss this, but thus far have heard from no one.
