I started using Zerorez years ago and have never been disappointed. I love the fact that not only is the carpeting clean and stain free, but dries within 24 hours. Francisco was fabulous. The field supervisor who arrived was polite and neat in appearance. I showed the rooms to him and was no nonsense went right to work. He had a confidence and experience to do the job. He even removed some stubborn spots I couldn't.
