The big room carpet cleaning is not done right as there are black marks. We are getting our new dining table, and this area will never be cleaned. Also, we would like our sofa to be cleaned and the price quoted was far more than the first time your company did in July of 2023.

The young man who did the cleaning was very thorough and pleasant. My carpet is very old and when he finished cleaning, it looked almost new. I had many urine stains from my little dogs and he cleaned and treated them so they couldn't even be seen and he put some kind of deodorizer on them that that took away the bad smell. Great job on our carpets - they always feel so clean and fresh.

Jeff called ahead, was on time at the beginning of the time window. He assessed the areas and discussed options for cleaning/treatments before starting the work. The carpet is very clean and fresh. He was respectful of me and our home and even left some show covers to wear until the carpet fully dried.

Don't think "Wil" put any muscle into his work. He kept talking about how tired he was. We were is last job and going home.

The gentleman who came to clean my carpets was very thorough and did an excellent job. I was his last job of the day and could have rushed through but he made sure the carpet was cleaned to perfection. I cannot remember his name but he totally deserves recognition.

Their employees always do a wonderful job and my carpets, even though they are very old, always look refreshed when they’re done.
