Bait and switch. I was given a written email estimate but the tech showed up and said no way, he couldn’t do it for that price. He quoted me me $150 more. And he was unpleasant.
The tech was on time, super friendly and easy to talk to and was very professional and did he job perfectly.
The employee that came to clean my carpets was very nice and did an excellent job plus made sure to do several extra dry cleaning to get the carpet as dry as possible. I love that the carpet comes out clean and there is no soap residue in the carpet

We have always had good experiences with Zerorez but this time too much liquid was used and the area rug almost looks damaged. Also too much pressure was used on the wall to wall carpets leaving buckles in the carpets that was never there before. We tried to push those areas back down, and we are hoping that once it dries, it would be flat again. Will was very nice and professional but maybe not as experienced as the others we have had over the years.
