The people who come to us to clean our floors are sincere people who come to do the best job that they can for us and for their company. The are truthful to us about the job they plan to do and usually make recommendations to us on how to improve the care of our floors. I really appreciate this.
i also like the use of water to clean floors instead of harsh chemicals.

Maurice is so polite and so efficient. He did a GREAT job. Our old carpet looks new, and it doesn't smell at all.

Our carpets were very dirty - we have 4 dogs. Jeff showed up on time, did an excellent job - very professional, polite, explained everything. Now our carpets look - and smell - beautiful.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Some of the areas that were cleaned don't appear to have great improvement in appearance. I had explained that our carpet was old, sent pictures and you informed you could clean it and that there would be improvement. Its not the best is all, a little disappointed.
