We love Zerorez. The stains rarely come back. Xavier cleaned our pet pee spots and they are gone. We have had our carpets cleaned by Zerorez for years.

When I made the appointment to have my carpets cleaned, I explained that my husband had an injury and there was blood on the carpet. The tech who came to clean my carpet arrived on time, was nice to deal with and did a great job of cleaning my carpets, including the bloody area. He came prepared with a solution to remove the blood after first testing the solution in a hidden corner of the carpet. I cannot see any sign of any blood. Great job!

My technician Eddie who came to my home last week was absolutely outstanding! He arrived on time and was extremely polite. He really took his time cleaning my carpets. Eddie even helped my son move his bed so that he could clean underneath it. In my honest opinion Eddie went above and beyond!! I will be requesting Eddie for future cleaning.

I really enjoyed the tech Eddie Aldama. He was on time, worked hard, and did a great job. What I did not like the misleading promotion. It offered three rooms for $169. When I called to make an appointment, I was told that the carpets had to be wall to wall. Then I was told that I had to pay extra for special water used. You need to be upfront in your promotion.
Technicians are courteous and professional. Do the job as requested and make helpful suggestions . Excellent results.
