The Zerorez worker came on time, was clear about what was to be done-including what was and was not to be moved, and most importantly did a great job. Our floors now look better than they did when we first moved here. In addition, everything that was to be moved was put back and secured as if it was new. Clearly, the previous owner did not use Zerorez when they were prepping their house for sale. Needless to say we are very pleased with Zerorez.
Marcel is the best. He has done our house for years and I am so happy he's still with the company after many years. Your cleaning techniques and his service are unmatched and I love his knowledge, friendliness, and the very thorough job he does. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Hi, I had an appointment 2/15 to clean a sofa and area rug which I had the technician take for a deeper cleaning. The sofa didn’t come out that great, it’s white and maybe that’s as good as it can get. I haven’t heard a word about the area rug and when I will get it back? Zerorez is very expensive, the last times I have used them I was very satisfied this time not so much. First name removed Adams
