Sal our technician is great !!!
Gets the floors, showers and bathtubs clean.
The experience from start to finish was 10 out of 10 and our technician Sal was the cherry on top. he made me and my husband feel completely confident as he was very communicative and polite from start to finish

It’s fast! The guy that did the service was friendly and the carpet seems to be clean. We didn’t really have any stains to take out except for normal ware in areas we walk.

I would recommend Jeremy in Orange County 100%, not sure about Zerorez Los Angeles??? But Jeremy did an outstanding job! I've used him before and I will continue to schedule him when we need rugs, carpets, and sofa cleaned. Thank you for a great job!
The people (phone rep and service man) were very nice but we are not pleased with the results. The carpet does not look much different than before (I took before and after pics). The service man added in the pet treatment and deodorizer at no additional cost but the pet areas treated are still discolored and smell. I am glad i didnt pay for that because it was not effective. The home is in a mobile park amd they frequently resurface the streets and therefore we track im the oil/residue from the street. Perhaps Zerorez is just not the right treatment for carpet with that source of dirt. If it is then perhaps a more thorough technician would get more dirt up. The tech was maybe activley working on the two rooms 45mins at most.

We had 3 carpeted rooms, a large area rug and a runner cleaned. Our technician, Maurice, was very pleasant, efficient and did a great job. He was in and out in around an hour, and everything dried quickly. We plan to use the service regularly.

Very professional, friendly, very clean in my home, prompt, and efficient. Plus my carpet came out very clean and smells fresh.
Matt was great and the carpet looks amazing, so fresh and clean - with no-rez!!
Very satisfied with Francisco as he was extremely careful about protecting furniture and cabinets. The house looks and smells fresh and clean.
I can still smell urine in the carpet and when checking with the blue light I see the stains are still there.
