Thank You.
Make sure all Company vans are operating properly. My technician was forced stop and swap out a different van, delaying the process by at least an hour. Having said this, I appreciate that the technician was honest and realized that the first fan was not generating a proper suction .
My technician did a great job. He was friendly and very professional. The company was a referral from my neighbor.
Our carpets and couch look great and brand new after the cleaning.
I will recommend Zerorez to others.
BOTH the products AND the Service are wonderful with Zerorez! I love the special water which leaves NO residue on my carpets but gets them super clean. And my cleaner Sr. Jorge Martinez works SO hard to get all the stains out! He goes over the stains many times! Thank you so much everyone at Zerorez!! Mrs. Peg Collins :-)
