I can not say enough good things about both service and the quality of performance so lets just say they were great.
The technician was very professional and made good suggestions on how to maintain my carpet. He also was very careful when cleaning around furniture that was not able to be removed. I would highly recommend this service company.

I've owned my house for many years. The original carpet is still in great shape due to periodic cleaning and care. I tried many cleaning methods; then I found ZeroRez and I realized that this was a whole new ballgame in carpet cleaning. I call them periodically and have never been disappointed in the cleaning and the service. Their representatives are pleasant to work with, and they inform me every step of the way so that I can minimize the cost. Highly recommended.
Your Service Tecnician, Eddie, was phenomenal! He was very respective of our home and furniture, he explained every step of the process to us, did a very thorough cleaning job, explained what to do before we moved the furniture back and was a very personable and friendly individual.

Prompt service, came on schedule (actually a little earlier, which was nice) and a great technician named Eddie. He was very careful with our furnishings, extremely nice and well trained in doing a thorough cleaning job. Our carpeting came out nice and refreshed. Very pleased with Zerorez.

Two days before I was scheduled from 2 -4. At 3:50 I look out the front door and see a black guy with dreadlocks hanging on the outside of my gate 20' away. Huge smile, didn't seem to want to walk to the door and said "I am here". No thanks - so glad he arrived so late so I cancelled him and was assured he would not be the one on Saturday. From what I experienced, he is a very poor representative for your company. For me, he was scary.
The carpet looks great and the technician was very thorough and professional.
We were happy with the result of how clean our carpets and upholstered bed are. However, the areas where the technician did spot cleaning (and there was a lot in the bedroom) remained soaking wet for over 24 hrs. Also, the carpet in many places feels a little stiff - as though there was residue left on it
