My carpets come out so clean. I bought white carpets 20 years ago and panicked when they were put in because I didn't think I could keep them clean. I have two horses, two dogs, and a parrot. I have been using Xerorez for many years and still have the same carpets for the past 20 years thanks to you guys.

"Customer service" and product quality has and always will be a key factor for me for determining recommendations . The representative Sal sent out to do the job was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional about the products and the company. He did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend Zerorez to all of my friends.
In addition, the telephone representative Debbie help to make my decision to try your service an easy choice.
These two individuals are definitely an asset to your company.

What do you like about our products and services?

Over the years I did my own carpet cleaning, tried other companies but overall found Zerorez the best. I found your company through a friend and in return have referred friends/family because I believe in Zerorez. Your technicians are timely (they call ahead),neatly attired, professional, answer any/all questions/concerns and have great smiles. Can you tell I'm pleased? YES! Zerorez is the right way to clean.

Service rep showed up at the time expected. Received call that informed me he was on his way. Rep was friendly and thorough. Product cleans carpet exceptionally. Highly recommend Zerorez!

I like that the cleaning of our carpeting, rugs and furniture do not have any chemicals or residue. The carpets and rugs smell clean and our beautiful. Dennis was wonderful. He did a great job and made sure that we knew what to expect in the drying process and gave us foot protectors and furniture protectors.

What could we do to improve?

Your online appt response is slow. The central call center that you automatically get transferred to when the local office is busy would be better if response time from local office is quicker. The technician who came to my house was great. Polite, hardworking and efficient. J Gonzales. Figure out your call center and you'll be golden.

What could we do to improve?

Be sure and let customers know that some carpet might buckle (big waves) - mine did and I thought the worst!!! I called in a panic - and was told to wait until the next day - that high end carpet can do this????? Would have saved me some worry if that bit of information was explained in the beginning.
