I appreciated the kindness of the technician and the work done.
Sal was very nice and helpful and acted in a professional manner. i scheduled an 8 am appointment two weeks in advance, then we received an email that stated a 9 to 10 arrival. Sal actually showed up at 10:30 am.
Two of the rooms were barely dirty because we rarely use that part of the house. There was one spot which i pointed out. The spot is better, but still there.

Technician did a great job cleaning our white floors and grout. The difference was AMAZING! Our young daughter thought the grout was supposed to be the ugly, dirty brown she was so used to seeing, and was surprised to see it come up white. I highly recommend Zerorez
I liked the 2 men that came to do the cleaning. Very professional and on time. Even adjusted my invoice because my carpet area was so small. Cleaned my chairs so well I could hardly believe how well they turned out. They had to spend a long time on them also. I understand why they charge as much as they do for chairs. This is the second time I used Zerorez and will recommend them to others.

The customer service provided by your technician Jose was the best. He did a great job on cleaning our carpet. He just needs to be more careful when cleaning around any wood items (trim/bed post,etc.) so that they are not scratched or damaged.

Have the estimate given by phone at booking be somewhat clos to the final price. My final bill was more than twice the amount given when I scheduled the cleaning. The work was done well, but I probably would not have had the upholstery cleaned if I had known how expensive it was before the work was done. I was given the final amount after the work had been completed. It was more than I can really afford, but of course I paid because I received the service.
Service person was friendly and very knowledge. One of my rugs needed to be taken away to have it cleaned to get the numerous pet urine stains out. The rug came back looking better than when it was new !!!!!
