I appreciated the effort to resolve the original problem, however, there are still issues with parts of the carpet sleeping dirty. And I'm now concerned about the number of times the crappers is getting cleaned.

I like everything about your services although this time an area that was cleaned does not look as clean as it should. When it was wet it looked fine but after drying you can see some larger spots that were missed. Other than that I am and always have very pleased.

Dependable and reasonably priced

The cost of price per bedroom at $50 was worth the cost. But the 13 stairs on my staircase and a 7.5 x 10 rug for another almost $200 was excessive. I would recommend Zerorez to others for the basic bedrooms, but not for add-ons like the stair and rugs which were over-priced.
Zerorez was amazing from every aspect! The office staff was so friendly and helpful. Booking an appointment and pricing was extremely simple and a really good value. The carpet cleaner who came to our house (I believe his name was Michael) was prompt, very professional, and fully explained what he needed to do. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions, providing great advice on how best to take care of my flooring. And best of all - my carpets are now gorgeous once again! After years of neglect, I was pleasantly surprised! Thank you zerorez!!

You got the rust stain out of the conference room carpet with nothing but steamy water...(unless you used a chemical that nobody knew about).
Waiting to see if the carpet collects more dirt as time goes on - like with most carpet cleaners that use soaps -thinking this won't happen this time.
The main office carpet was so soapy from past 'cleanings' - your tech had to really work that carpet to get the stuff out - kudos to him!

Techs Rashad and Marcel take the extra time to ensure the job is done well. Competitors allocate only a limited amount of time and do not put the emphasis on a job well done. Zerorez cleanings stay clean longer and we never have to call you back for brown spots appearing as our whit carpet dries.

I like most that there is no residue on the carpet to pick up additional dirt & the tile/grout is almost like new.
