First, I really like the fact that after my carpets are wonderfully clean, they are soft - not hard or sticky as occurs with chemical rug clearners
Second, your technician called to confirm time, was on time, listened to what areas we wanted him to clean, explained exactly what he was going to do, offered several options for us to consider.
Third, your cost was as arranged and payment was simple and complete with an emailed receipt.
It was a thoroughly statisfactory experience - one that I plan to use in the future.

I like the fact that you don't use chemicals to clean. I feel the technician did an excellent job and was very polite. It was also easy to make an appointment. I did have a question about the citrus spray that was used before the steam cleaning. I wanted to know what that is. I will definitely use Zerorez in the future. Thank you!

What could we do to improve?

Charge by total square footage, rather than by the number of rooms. The rooms in my house are quite small, but the price I pay for each room is the same as someone else would pay for much larger rooms.

Jose was great - he was on time, friendly and courteous and did a great job getting some old stains out of the carpet. I was very happy with how clean the carpet is now. Thank you. Have used Zerorez for the past several years and already recommended to neighbors and friends. We've never been disappointed.
