It's been over a week and my carpet smells musty.. We used your service the first time and we were very impressed... This time around we're not sure why our carpet smells.

Well, I had another worker in the house and the two couldnt coordinate their jobs But as it turned out, Zerorez stepped up and cam back the next day I had asked forr the tile in the studio to be cleaned as well, which it was not. I wasnt too happy about that But I do love Zero rez, just this time there were a few bumps

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

My carpeting was just slighly soiled in a couple of traffic areas and the post cleaning results was basically unchanged. The drying time took a full 3 days and then went over the soiled area with a powder/vacuum product with improved results.

What do you like about our products and services?

The representative that came to our house was friendly, courteous and knowledgable. Our carpets looked phenomenal and the hard wood floors look great!
