How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Your employees are very nice. But I had spots on pretty much everything that was cleaned. also, I ordered pads for rugs and the rug that was cleaned was brought back withour purchased pads.

What could we do to improve?

Your truck dripped pink grease all over the road during the job. It may be the result of an overzealous maintenance person greasing the equipment. After the truck left the other contractors stepped into it and tracked it over the concrete driveway. Some was deposited on the doormat so we were lucky that it was not tracked into the house and onto the carpet.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Pet odor is still an issue, this is the second time I have used the company because of quality of work..prepared to pay the premium for great results. Pet odor still present in concentration areas, follow up visit - rep simply sprayed area with some type of freshener as opposed to re treating the area...we waited a week for that?

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The spots were not removed as they were in the past visits. The carpet was left too wet and took more than 30 hours to dry. Although the weather was humid, we were running fans even through the night. I don't think the water was extracted completely from the carpet.

The scheduling was easy. The follow up was great. The service tech called me twice regarding the timing of his arrival and was very helpful and professional. He also gave me several pointers about carpet care and maintenance. The carpets look great.
