You do a great job and you are always on time.
I had my carpets cleaned onThursday. It's Saturday and there are areas that are still wet. I put on white socks today to see if the carpets are clean and they are not! I was charged way too much for very small areas. I live in a very cramped condo. I was so hopeful that after charging such an exorbitant amount of money, I would at least have clean carpets. I would hope that you would make this situation right. I am a very gentle person and never complain but in this case I am absolutely infuriated!
The rug is old but looks like new when your people leave...I will continue to utilize your services...

Products are green, & service was prompt, quick, & the technician was courteous & friendly.
Drop the water surcharge, nicke and dime approach. Just charge a good fair amount. One rep is charging that and other are not.

Why, oh why I never used you previously. Your cost is comparative. & you do a much better job. Also, dried relatively quickly. The day you were here I left my house @ 2:30, & didn't return until @ 9:30. Found carpets dry at that time

I've always been very satisfied with the service I've received. I had spilled detergent on my rug about 2 months ago--couldn't get it all out. But, your process was able to wipe it out--looks great!

the way the carpet stays clean even after it dries. The tile came so clean, just like new. I have a new house again.

I wish I had looked more closely at the results before the techinion left. I noticed some grout areas that were still a little dirty and spot on the area rug looks dirty, better, but still dirty. The couches have a smelly wet stink a week later. Overall the floors and couches look better, but it seems the work wasn't a 100%. I expect more after spending over $400.
