Our carpets seem cleaner when you guys do the job. The carpets dry faster than other companies. Plus your Techs are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Jose did and wonderful job!

The technician who cleaned my carpet (I believe his name was Spencer) was very dedicated and thorough. He was very hospitable and knowledgeable too. I will be requesting him the next time I clean my carpet.

What do you like about our products and services?

The service that Robert provided was excellent and beyond my expectation to get our carpet cleaned. We thought that we needed to replace our carpet since it was visually in bad shape, so we thought. My family and I are VERY happy to finally see the original color of our carpet which is Off White. I can actually invite friends and family and not be embarrassed of what our carpet used to look like before Robert cleaned our carpet. We will definitely recommend Zerorez and Robert to our friends and family. Thank you so much!

My carpets are sooooo clean! The technician was not scary, and the price seemed fair. Also love that he didn't try to sell me any other services at the end - I hate when they do that. Thanks!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Your company are a bunch of thieves. Your carpet cleaner, after doing a mediocre job told our caretaker for my dying mother that the job was $342.00 as she wrote it down, then you turn around and put on our credit card $444.00 for work never authorized. I gave Destina in your Irvine office a chance to make it good, as she lied how upright her service man was, and inferred I was a liar, the customer. She even had the audacity to tell me if use them again they may consider a credit! The audacity!!! Visa will remove the charge on our Visa, and YELP for a despicable review here we come.

What do you like about our products and services?

The carpets get clean! They take care to keep dirt off by wearing booties and offering them to whoever is here. They protect the damp carpet from metal table legs with pieces of plastic.
The workers are always courteous and if late they will call you.

Your service is wonderful, and your products actually work! We love Eduardo, and always ask for him when we set up an appointment. He is so enthusiastic and cleans our carpets as if they were his own. Plus, he is always on time!

The tech that came out did an amazing job. My carpet looks brand new again. Carpet is soft and plush again too!
He was very friendly, courteous and professional. He answered all of my questions and to appease me, re-did a spot that was actually a shadow. He knew it was a shadow but said "I want you to be happy, I will go over it again for you. I was real happy to see the wall protectors and booties.

Micheal Farr did our job. He was very knowledgeable and his work was thorough and accurate. He worked carefully--no mishaps. The carpets and the stuffed chair that he cleaned came out terrific.

Carpets and tile turned out GREAT! We have a baby in the house, so no chemical residue to worry about. The technician was efficient, timely and professional. What more can you ask for? We will definitely be asking Zerorez back again.

Jose, the technician, was very careful with my furniture and explained the cleaning process to me. When he was finished, the old carpet was visibly much cleaner, with all the dirt lifted from high traffic areas. I was distressed to see a number of places where the jade hued carpet showed much lighter than the surrounding area. Jose said this color loss was caused by store purchased spot cleaners, which I will no longer use.
