So far ...it all looks very nice. The proof is in time to see how long it takes for the spots to come back. He showed up early...which we appreciated. It took a day and a half for the carpets to dry...that is with 3 fans blowing on them. They were really wet when the serviceman left. He was very nice and polite. I do have an oil spot on my driveway from his truck that I need to clean up, even though I gave him a big piece of cardboard to catch any oil leaking from the truck.

Move some of the furniture!
We have used your company 3 times now to clean our office. In the past after your guys left we found over spray all over our furniture and file cabinets. This time we didn't have any of that so we are very happy. Matt is just the greatest he took his time and he is a true professional at what he does and he represents your company very well. Our carpets have never looked so good. We will definitely request Matt when we get our carpets cleaned the next time. We will be sure and let our friends and neighbors know about Matt and Zerorex.
Our son had severe acid reflux and vomited all over the carpet, and we were debating if we should replace the carpet or clean it first. Glad that we went with Zerorez. Sal did a fantastic job cleaning our carpet. It looks like new and we no longer see the vomit stains. Will definitely recommend you guys to our family and friends. Looking forward to our next cleaning!

Zerorez did a fantastic job on our carpets. The technition was very detailed, polite, and professional. Our carpet looks new again and it's actually ten years old. We've only used Zerorez to clean our carpet and have always been happy with the results.
I spent 2 hours on my hands and knees with a can of spot shot to remove additional stains
Eduardo was very professional and personable. He first did a little portion of our hardwood floors to make sure we wanted him to continue. They looked much better after he finished that small area. After cleaning our living room, dining room and hallway, our floors look 10X better. I would definitely recommend Zerorez.

My carpet looks great and it doesn't seem to have any residue that I feel would attract dirt. I was also concerned because my carpet is 30 years old and needed to be re-stretched and it turned out great.

I've used your services many times for my rental and I'm never disappointed. But Darren was an especially good technician. Very polite, personable and professional. First of all, he didn't get lost like so many workers coming here do. He called to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time. Plus he was aware of the comment I had made when scheduling my appointment regarding making sure it would be dry by morning for my appointment showing, which it was. The carpet was dirtier than usual this time, but he worked his magic and it came out looking great!! Thank you, Darren and Zerorez!
