Your employee's are always super awesome. They are nice, good at what they do, and get every thing done in a timely, but thorough manner. Our carpets look awesome, as always, after a cleaning from ZeroRez!
Carpet feels clean, not soapy
I like how you kept me informed as to when you would arrive. In fact, the service tech arrived before my window! I was really impressed. I found Gill very polite and professional. I was amazed at quickly he finished cleaning and tidying up afterwards.
This is the second time I have used Zerorez and I will most certainly use you again. Very satisfied.
On time, professional and my carpet is clean
I had pretty dusty off white carpets and they are now clean. The service worker went over problem prone areas a few times to make me happy. I appreciated it.

Customer Service was excellent as was Darren who cleaned my carpets. I appreciated that he called me 30 minutes before his expected arrival during the 2 hour window. He explained everything and wanted to know of any carpet areas of concern or anything when he was done that he could do to make the experience better (there wasn't). He was friendly to my senior dog. Of course I like the no soap residue which was the reason I selected your service (along with a neighbor's recommendation). Carpets were dry after only a couple hours. House smells nice and clean. I will use you again.

I love the fact that you don't leave a residue. I do believe your prices are high enough to include the cost of doing business ($15 trip fee). For this reason, I don't fell I can recommend you to my friends.

carpets are cleaner than with other companies
I love the product that your company uses. The soaking wet, sticky residue of other companies makes my carpets feel dirtier than when they came. Every Zerorez cleaner is very professional and work extra hard to make sure the job is done well.
Appointment was for 3-5. No one came or called until 6. My time is too valuable to wait for 3 hours without a phone call.
I like the professionalism. Always confirm the day before and call with an update and arrival time on day of service... Always on time.
