How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The entire service was a fiasco. First, equipment problems and had to wait for another van to show up. Second van had hose issues, so had to use my hose and water.

The service took 4 hours which was unacceptable.

I LIKE THE FACT THAT THE CLEANING SOLUTIONS ARE NOT TOXIC. ALSO, THAT THOSE WHO HAVE
CLEANED MY CARPET WERE VERY DEDICATED IN DOING AN EXCELLENT JOB. DARREN EDGAR WAS HERE

Zerorez is a friendly company who does an excellent job in cleaning carpets. They are fast and efficient.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I didn't feel that they did a very good jobon the carpet! Especially in the corners and at the edge of the carpet. The cleaner didn't do the job they were hired to do and as a result our kitchen and dining are tile didn't get cleaned; we ended up getting a refund! That didn't help get my floors cleaned!! We felt the cleaner didn't want to do the job because it would have required him to move the furniture back out that he moved in their from the formal dining room! I would not recommend Zerorez to anyone!!

Clean and no chemicals. The last time we had the carpets cleaned whatever they used made the dogs sick.

this is my second time using Zerorez. Both times the workers were friendly and efficient. Once again I was blown away on what a good job they did. I told them when they got here that my expectations werent high because the rugs were so soiled but i was so happy with the results.

Carpets extremely dirty from a remodel. Richard was able to get it all out. The carpets were damp but not as wet other carpet cleaning agencies. Kudos to Richard!!!

The unbelievably fantastic results which came with the least amount of fuss or muss. My carpets were a mess
between dogs, cats, grand kids etc and within an hour they looked brand new!!! I have be having carpets cleaned for over 60 years and never have I been as pleased with the results as I was yesterday.
