Dried quickly, good results
I like the product and the service. The only part of your business that needs improving in the pricing. I find your pricing is not competitive with other carpet cleaning companies.

I was told that I would get up to 600 sq. feet of tile done for the price that was quoted. I had less than that all in an area with no doors to separate the rooms, and yet, I was told that I had more than three areas ( 1 less than 100 sq. feet ) so I would have to pay an additional charge. He didn't tell me this until he was half way through the job. He said he charged me less than usual , but I don't think I should have been charged anything extra. He said that it was a mistake to say 600 sq. feet, but it wasn't my mistake, and yet I had to pay the extra money.

I think the $15 fee for residential customers is like saying....we don't want residential customers so we are going to charge you a surcharge for letting us do business with you? Just build it into your fee! Also, while the cleaning guys were awesome, and I mean really awesome, the answering service is not! Rude, no help and my message was never delivered. I had to call three times over five days to get a returned call. I was with Haines and Cross and now that they are part of your organization, I am on the fence. I liked the carpet cleaners, but the answering service is something I would care to avoid in the future.
The technicians are always very professional, yet pleasant. Very pleased with the cleaning process itself. Carpets stay clean longer.
Purity
I adored the honesty and professionalism both Brent and Daniel brought to our home. They told me the likely hood or non likely hood they would be able to remove stains from my partially faded 15 year old carpet. We talked about blood and urine removal, about furniture that had stained the carpet.
They went to work and they worked hard. When they were done I was so completely delighted by the results, I hugged them both. I immediately called
My realtor who told me those stains would never come out and I would need to buy new carpet. He came over and sheepishly admitted the carpet looked new on the stairs and that the rest looked 200% better. I used zerorez before and was delighted. No one can ever talk me into using any other carpet cleaner. That is why I was really distressed to here that Brent and Daniels manager would not be happy because I called and requested someone needed to tighten two obvious rolls in our bedroom. For heavens sake, please don't blame the guys. I am sure they thought as I did that when the carpet dried it would shrink back. Unfortunately we are talking 15 year old carpet.

I like the idea that there is no soap residue left on the carpet. Your cost,however is a little pricey. The results were great and First name removed represented himself very professionally
your products lack smelly chemicals and the carpet dries very quickly. the servicemen are always polite, respectful of your property and efficient.
