Gil was on time, polite, well groomed, and did a great job.I would request him again. I would give him a 10.
The person who took our reservation had us down for the wrong package and did not inform us that our walk in closet was not included in the price. I would give them a 6.

The representative was very professional. He explained the procedure before he began. The carpet looks really nice and the odor is gone. I wish I had called Zerorez, before removing the carpet from the first floor. GREAT JOB!

Sal our service technician was excellent. He explained all of the processes and procedures but did not push us to purchase more service than we needed. Floors and stairs are clear and look new again.

What could we do to improve?

We had an unfortunate first experience with the tech leaving a portion of the we paid to have cleaned uncleaned because he didn't want to move the furniture. Zerorez rectified that by sending out a technician to clean the missed tile for free! Sal the technician that came out the second time was very professional, curteous and knowledgeable and he took pride in his work!! We will give it another try in the future and most likely refer Zerorez! It says a lot that Zerorez took ownership of the mistake and honor the mistake!!

I was extremely pleased with the services you provided. Rashad Jordan was our technician and did a fantastic job. He spent a lot of time in each room to make sure they were cleaned properly. We have 3 dogs so I knew it would be a challenge but he was able to make them look brand new. He was very professional and courteous. I will definetly use your company in the future and have already told a friend about your services.

They made it work with my schedule, but I thought it was a little pricey. Also, it's hard for the client to know the exact price.

Example, I worked out the cost to be around 4#50 - $400, but it turned out to be almost $800. For this reason I would not use them again.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I have been using Zerorez since it first began and what a difference in customer service! You used to send two guys and they moved small furniture items cleaned underneath and then they put the little blue foam like blocks to protect the wood of your furniture. The cleaners wore booties and left several pair after they left. If they saw a spot on your carpet they took time to make sure they got it out. Those days are gone! Now it's one guy who is in and out, doesn't move anything or clean underneath anything and even left two small spots on my carpet. It used to be if there was a spot they couldn't get out they would point it out to you. I even moved two night stands myself so he would clean under them and he just moved them back and did not clean the carpet underneath them. The guy did not wear booties himself and I had to ask if he had any to leave with me. I believe the service has deteriorated over the years and I am ready to find a new carpet cleaner, even though I like the Zerorez concept. I have an area rug that is made of regular carpet and your prices for area rugs is very high, I chose not to do it because it was going to cost more than cleaning my living room and dinning room.
