Excellent cleaning and professional crew
We usually call on short notice and always able to work us in. :) I have the spot cleaner and it worked great on my two chairs in the living room I was thinking of getting recovered but with the aerorez spot remover and a hand held steamer I have it cleaned them up like new.
You were unable to clean dog pee from the carpet which was the main purpose of having you over. On the bright side your cleaning technician was courteous and competent and went about his cleaning tasks in a non intrusive way.

For the past 5 years I have used Zerorez to clean my carpets and have always been very pleased with their work. Their costumer service is outstanding and their carpet technicians, especially Robert, always do a fantastic job. Robert, and others, take great care not to scuff door jambs and lay protective blankets on my hardwood floors to avoid scratches. Recently I dropped a small area rug off at their Irvine headquarters after spilling coffee on it. The carpet was wool and I didn't expect the stains could be removed, however, they were. Zerorez even delivered the carpet to me, which was totally unexpected. I would never think about using another carpet cleaning service. Thanks Jeff (the owner) and your employees for doing such a great job!

the product is non-toxic, which in my view is critical. The service (and pre cleaning information) I received from Eduardo was invaluable for scheduling and decision making and otherwise excellent. The information I received from the front office was insufficient for understanding and evaluating my options

Effectiveness of cleaning process

Zerorez knew that the produce used would turn natural wool products yellow orange. Operations Mgr insisted on completing the job with it anyway, despite technicians concerns.
Had to redo entire carpet, then had to work on many spots again.
Ops Mgr was less than forthright, even though all other staff acknoledged that the problem had occurred before. We had a lot of stress and missed work two days to be at house dealing with this issue.
Should have been done right in the first place. We have NEVER had this happen in all the years that we have owned and had the wool carpet cleaned(including the manyh years of Hayns Cross under prior ownership.) Furthermore, the customer should NOT be told that his concern for ruin of a $20,000, carpet is unfounded. Fortunately, after 3 rounds of process, the carpet was largely restored to its former state. This was a Lose-Lose for customer and the Company. DHO
