Efficient crew, friiendly and accommodating. No smell and no stiff carpets after cleaning. Did a great job on carpets that really needed it.

Carpets were wet for a longer time than stated. My living room was wet for 4 days. Some spots came back after carpet dried. I had Zerorez 2 years ago and was 100 % satisfied. This time not so much. Name removed

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I didn't receive an official quote so we weren't entirely sure of what the total cost would be.
The customer service representative on the phone was confusing. She seemed unsure of herself in quoting the work.
There was overspray on the bathroom cabinets and the front door. In addition the floors felt gritty and we wiped them down afterwards with a towel. To be honest I don't think they looked all that much better.

The carpet cleaning was satisfactory

I was not there for cleaning but the gal who was said he was done cleaning both couches in an hour. For $300, I doubt we would spend that much again or will look around to see if

You showed up when you said you would, you explained what would happen and you were neat and tidy. My carpets, rug and particularly my couch look like new!

We like that no chemicals are used. Also the service was great. After the guys left we found an area that seemed to not be cleaned completely. After a quick phone call they came right back over within an hour and and cleaned the area. We were very greatful for their quick response to resolve the issue. The carpet and tile floor we had cleaned looked great after.
