The product is Eco-friendly and uses minimal water. The technician, Rashad, was friendly and extremely knowledgable about the product ad cleaning of the carpet. He is a definite asset to your company.

Zerorez gets the carpets really CLEAN. I've had chem-dry type of carpet cleaning and the carpets don't feel really clean.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

There are some spots in the bedroom that showed right back up after the carpet dried. I don't think they were anything that shouldn't have come clean.I don't know if doing it again would help or not. It was the most expensive option I looked at so I thought it would be the best. However, the young man that did the carpets was very nice and accommodating!

My carpet is still wet after 24 hours. Management has contacted me regarding this; assures me no mildew will occur.

Sure hope he's right.

Cleaning job was excellent, however. technician competent, friendly, and generous.

What do you like about our products and services?

I really liked your tech Sal. He explained the process well and the difference from Haines & Croft, as I was a very happy customer with them. He did a very nice job of cleaning and transitioning me to the new system.
