I enjoy the non-toxic cleaning Zerorez provides. However, in the future when I have a stain, as in this case my dog had an accident and urinated on my carpet, it appears I needed a company that applies chemicals to remove the stain. There are a few blood drops, about an eight of an inch that were and are still on my carpet. It doesn't appear that they changed in the slightest after cleaning. I didn't touch those spots hoping that Zerorez would be able to remove them. Unfortunately, those slight spots remain. Very unhappy about it.

Nothing we have ever used has coeaned our carpets better or kept them clean longer. Your employees are extremely professional.

The carpets look great! First time using you, so we don't know if they get dirty quicker because they were cleaned or not. Time will tell and we hope they don't because of non residue claim. Brett was very helpful and a hard worker. We were very pleased with his work and desire to please. He also added a couple small chairs to the project which look good as well. Service man was professional, courteous, fast and efficient. We had an area that was particularly soiled and worn. It came out cleaner than I expected. I do need to repair a 2 foot seam in the area and wondered if you could recommend someone to repair the seam.

Not necessary disappointed but unlike the claim that there is no residue, I'm not sure I agree. I have had Zerorez clean my carpets for years and the first few days they look really clean but then the spots and unclean, dirty look comes back within a week. I guess one cannot expect miracles, maybe we need new carpets or maybe is is physically impossible to remove all spots and dirt. I keep using you because the service is good and don't think there is a carpet cleaning business out there that can clean the way you see in the advertisements. I am a little disappointed in the cost, almost $200. to clean 2 rooms and it only takes the technician less than 15 minutes! I would recommend Zerorez to others but also tell them not to expect too much more than what they would get from another steam cleaning company.

The entire service was a fiasco. First, equipment problems and had to wait for another van to show up. Second van had hose issues, so had to use my hose and water.
