Ease of service

everything great, however, the appointment was scheduled for 8 and robert didn't get here until 9. that is the only down side to the day. 9 would have been OK if that was the appointment time. otherwise, every was outstanding as usual.

Daniel, our carpet cleaning technician was polite and professional. He did an excellent job cleaning our carpet. We were disappointed to be told that he was leaving your company for a different professional opportunity but we wish him the best of luck.
