carpets stay cleaner and dry quicker
Your Tech are all very pleasant and knowledgeable. The companies I used prior to Zerorez could not properly clean my carpet. With in 3 weeks after they cleaned it spots would reappear and new spots also appeared. They were using to much soap but they could not explain to me why the spots kept reappearing. When Zerorez cleans my carpet it stays clean for month and months.
Carpet was left clean and not to wet

My service tech was really nice and did a great job. He threw in a last minute spot I wanted done for free, was really respectful and wore clean booties in the house. I had a cat pee problem. It is unfortunately not completely gone, but it is much better. Thank you.

Normally, I am very happy with your service. This time, My Dining room rug was completely discolored by the cleaning- It turned orange. When I called, everyone was very helpful and the technician came back and we realized he needed to take the rug. I appreciated his promptness, as well as his ability to return the rug on a holiday but I was disappointed that it happened at all. It looks basically back to normal now, and I will still call you in the future but I was not happy with what happened.
