I really liked your tech Sal. He explained the process well and the difference from Haines & Croft, as I was a very happy customer with them. He did a very nice job of cleaning and transitioning me to the new system.

Our family likes the fact that they don't use any harsh chemicals. The service is amazing! The technician that came out was very professional and knowledgeable! I would recommend Zerorez to anyone who's looking to get the carpets cleaned.

I have used and been very happy with Zerorez for several years. On 2 separate occasions when I got new carpet which was guaranteed but only valid if you used the carpet manufacturer's designated carpet cleaning service I have forgone the warranty and used Zerorez instead because I think you leaning method is superior.
Robert has cleaned for me in the past and he does an excellent job and is very conscientious. A few weeks ago he cleaned several rooms for me and I arranged to have a 6 x 9 ft. area rug taken in to your shop to be cleaned. It was returned yesterday and is a huge disappointment. It is much darker in color and no longer matches my interior decor. I have just purchased 17 yards of upholstery fabric to recover 2 chairs based on the color and pattern of that entry rug. The only part of the rug that looks clean is the fringe. The rest of the rug is streaked and dirty looking in parts and many shades darker, compromising the color, beautiful pattern and integrity of the rug. I want an emmediate resolution. Name removed
I am relying on you to remedy what you did wrong and I expect an immediate phone call from the person in charge to explain what happened and how he is going to fix it.
I have to say that we are not 100% pleased with the service. From the commercials to your website one is led to believe the that the results will be outstanding. I'm not finding that's the case at all. And honestly I am not a problem customer. Your website claims my tile and grout will look like new. It doesn't look like new. Our house has normal traffic of 3 household members and 2 little dogs. The technician who was a pleasant young man, came with his equipment and was on his hands and knees pushing it around. I'm not happy and my husband, who is a general contractor, is even less pleased. With the exception of the "no residue" I don't see where your services are any different than the next guys.

We like that the carpet dirt is sucked out and removed.
I like that the water is non-toxic and that not a lot of water is left behind that can take days to dry.

The carpet gets clean with stains removed and the texture of the carpet after the cleaning feels natural.
No smell, no residue, spots don't return.
Good service, removed stains, dried quickly, did not leave any residue. My carpets feel softer and look fresh even a week later!
The technicians are always on time, friendly and knowledgeable. The results are always amazing. We have 2 large dogs that get our carpet very dirty and Zerorez cleans them like new.
Rather than moving all the furniture in the rooms you cleaned, you cleaned around some items, leaving the carpet filthy in those areas. This occurred in every room you cleaned.
I appreciate the very clean, thorough and relatively quiet work, the Tech's courtesy, properly uniformed in clean clothing, and the respect for the home's walls, etc. The carpet looks like new with it's softness, not "crispy", and long-lasting clean. Seems like the theory makes sense and I like the idea of no chemicals.
My carpet is still wet after 24 hours. Management has contacted me regarding this; assures me no mildew will occur.
