The customer service provided by your technician Jose was the best. He did a great job on cleaning our carpet. He just needs to be more careful when cleaning around any wood items (trim/bed post,etc.) so that they are not scratched or damaged.

Have the estimate given by phone at booking be somewhat clos to the final price. My final bill was more than twice the amount given when I scheduled the cleaning. The work was done well, but I probably would not have had the upholstery cleaned if I had known how expensive it was before the work was done. I was given the final amount after the work had been completed. It was more than I can really afford, but of course I paid because I received the service.

Not happy with the hard surface cleaning. Dirt still left in corners. I had to get on my hands and knees and clean all the corners of our floors. Some of the dirtiest tiles did not get thoroughly cleaned as they were close to the edge of carpet so they were overlooked. Also way too costly for what you get. Not a good value.

Because I have 2 dogs, I like that I can have my area carpets dunked fo more thorough cleaning, and that harmful chemicals are not used. Also like having Livingston's courteous service. Patti Chalmers

I like that the carpet gets cleaned without chemicals, and that the technicians are always really helpful and nice.

No chemicals, no residue, no scent. Awesome cleaning. Professional service and excellent young man doing the job--Darnell. Sorry the coffee stains didn't come out though. But, other carpet cleaning places would have put some type of lightener on it only for the stain to return later. So, I'm satisfied with the work that was done. Very satisfied.

Our technician was very friendly and efficient. He told us how to clean the spots that he said would likely reappear in about a week due to wicking. Many of the spots did not go away with the cleaning at all. The solution of hydrogen peroxide and ammonia does seem to work, but it seems that since we're paying to have the carpets cleaned, that ought to be part of the service.
