I like that you don't use a lot of solutions...water is best

The carpet was cleaned effectively. Stains were treated and removed, and the overall result was good. The technician was polite and obviously knew his job well, so that the carpets in the rooms that were "ZEROREZED" looked very clean.
My carpets were pretty dirty with some pretty bad spots.All spots were removed and the carpet looked great. It didn't take long and no lingering odor.

The technician was very experienced and did a great job on a very hot day. The process using the water is clearly better than previous soap techniques we have seen.
This is the second time I have used your service and it was not as good as the last time. The hard floors were not vaccumed after scrubbing, then the grout was sealed with the dirt still in it. The result is less than clean floors.
The carpet came out great, and your technician was great.
Very polite technician, nicely cleaned carpet and upholstery. My only complaint is that he really didn't move anything, not even a little floor lamp that weighs less than 2 pounds.

I had my travertine tiles stripped of wax and cleaned. I was really impressed with Brett and his customer service and work ethic. I don't blame him. However I have been cleaning my baseboards and newly painted walls of wax and dirt that sprayed onto them ever since we had the tiles cleaned. I think that Brett did a good job however I think that as a company there should be a protective covering put on the baseboards and the walls so that they don't get destroyed or have wax or dirt sprayed onto them. It is very hard to clean and get off. In fact, I may have to paint over some areas where the wax/dirt spray is not coming off. I felt I needed to bring this to your attention.
