My parents carpet was REALLY dirty and your technician took the time to effort to make it look wonderful. All of my family have used Zerorez and have been pleased with the results. We will not use anyone else! I plan to have our tile floor cleaned next.
I have alwlays loved the way Zerorez cleaned my carpets. They look beautifu when done. I was out of town last week when the carpets were cleaned.My husband mentioned to me he had the hall scotchguarded, at the recommendation of Zerorez. At no cost I might add. sort of a trial thing. But I was disappointed to hear that the Scotchguarding was suggested by Zerorez. It had never been mentioned before is the many times I have had my carpets cleaned by them. I felt it was up-selling for additional monies. I was disappointed in this fact.
Carpet doesn't get dirty so fast , no soap.

Technician finished his job then when I paid and refused protectant, he unexpectedly told me it took him an hour longer because of my cats. I asked why, given I had them in master bedroom before he began any carpet cleaning. He said it was because he usually starts in the master bedroom instead if the other bedrooms. How does where you start change anything???? He sounded frustrated. I do not appreciate it. Bad way to end service.
I like that there is just water used to clean the carpet. It was difficult to find another company to do my hardwood.
