Service people were very nice BUT the day they were here was very bright After sun went down we could see alot of outside missed areas. I power washed after they left and got outside tiles cleaner then from your extraction process. Inside grouut in kitchen had several dark areas that i pointed out before they left but after they packed up equipment. They did not volunteer to try to improve.
Zerorez is the best carpet cleaner out there and you have fantastic customer service.
In your advertisement, you neglected to inform the consumer of your add on charges (i.e. water treatment charge, urine treatment charge). We hired you after KFI recommended Zerorez.
The technician left several floor tiles sopping wet with water underneath them. This would have ruined my wood floors had I not found it right away after he left. I'm very disappointed and will notify the Flor store who recommended zerorez as the experts who know how to properly clean Flor tiles.

Very neat, dries quickly, no unpleasant odor while drying. The technician came when he said he would, very courteous, very neat and I have already recommended your company to my friend. The carpet looks great!

There were a few things that I thought would have been better from such a reputable company. First, the tech had an unpleasant smell coming off of him, like clothes you left in a wash all night and forgot to dry. That was my first impression of how this business is being represented, by the way. Second, the cleaning job disappointed me in that when the tech was finished he was ready to go until I surveyed his work. There were several spots where dirt had accumulated and he didn't seem to want to take the extra effort to be sure they were clean. Once I did my walk through and he followed me, he saw the spots I paused at and took pictures of and he proceeded to clean them a little more. It was still not great, but I was moving out so I didn't point it out again. I didn't feel I should have had to. Finally, I know Zerorez tauts it's "no residue" formula for cleaning, but the tech clearly left behind some "spots". I did point out another small area that the cleaning didn't quite do a good job on and he buffed that out quite well, but I still had to point it out to him. I have pictures of all of this so let me know if you want to see what I'm talking about. I really wanted to say that I would recommended Zerorez to my friends but I can't do that in good conscience at this point.
I've always loved the proptness of their arrival and the quality of their work. The gentlemen have consistantly been friendly and accomodating to our needs.
Our carpets looked great, as well as the area rugs. However, the price for the area rugs was a bit high.
We paid 1/3rd more for two area rugs than rooms. There isn't anything you do differently from what I can see between the two. The woman who booked our appointment said you did fringe and that's why it was more expensive. Of course, that is not the case, and I knew that, having had the rugs done once before.
We did like your tech. He was a good guy. I tried to get in touch with Zerorez months ago and no one called me back. Then I got an email asking me if i was still interested in carpet cleaning. i responded positively but still no call back. I had to call yet again to set up the appointment.

Punctual, professional, thorough
Carpet doesn't look clean. We removed most furniture and (2) of the (4) sofa's in our home. One light desk was left in a bedroom. Your carpet cleaner either cleaned around it or put it back down without carpet protectors. Wood directly on carpet. We paid for our stone and grout to be cleaned. I checked with the gentleman two times just to be sure it could be cleaned and he assured me it could. He wasn't able to clean it and left a horrible mess. Of course, it couldn't be seen because the shower was wet until the following morning. Also, we asked that he clean our stone floor. I was not advised that by doing so, the sealant would be removed. That would have been ok if a quarter inch band wasn't around the entire floor, toilet area etc. Unhappy with service. I have photo's and would like an inspection by a supervisor. Thank you. Rugs are clean without residue buildup
Your technician Robert Keith was outstanding. He went above and beyond in both the cleaning of my large rug and the stripping/sealing of my tile kitchen floor. You need to know what a valuable employee you have in Robert. Not only is he congenial; he is a perfectionist. It seemed that he was cleaning his very own floor to his satisfaction. I appreciate his work so much. Because of Robert and the stellar job he did on my floor -- and it was a challenge -- I will be happy not only to use Zerorez for my wall-to-wall carpets and marble floor in the future; I will recommend Zerorez to my neighbors, friends, and colleagues and students' parents (I'm a teacher.) Thank you so much for your excellent work.
The estimate received over the phone was very different than when the person showed up.
I still don't have a receipt for the work done
And I was supposed to get an estimate for my kitchen and living room floors and have not received that either. And definately too expensive
