pricing on upholstery is a bit high, a lot high. took exactly 20 minutes to do a 7 and 5' sofa and love seat and charge was over $300. too much
I have been a Zero Rez advocate before they were in my area. When my carpet is cleaned by Zero Rez, it stays cleaner longer, doesn't leave a soapy feeling residue, no funky smell and my carpet does not feel dehydrated and "crunchy" when dried. I love love my technician Marcel.....in 25 years of a home owner, and i get my carpet cleaned every year....he truly is most diligent and knowledgeable technician. Sadly, i don't think any company has yet mastered the skill of removing pet urine :(

The worker that came to clean my carpets was very thorough and respectful of our home.
Debbie promptly answered my email when I asked for a quote. She was even able to squeeze me in with less than a week's notice and got me an appointment on a Saturday (I had emailed her the previous Sunday night).
Brett was my technician. He was very friendly and professional and he did a great job cleaning my carpet, especially since my town home is 3 stories high!
