Technician finished his job then when I paid and refused protectant, he unexpectedly told me it took him an hour longer because of my cats. I asked why, given I had them in master bedroom before he began any carpet cleaning. He said it was because he usually starts in the master bedroom instead if the other bedrooms. How does where you start change anything???? He sounded frustrated. I do not appreciate it. Bad way to end service.
I like that there is just water used to clean the carpet. It was difficult to find another company to do my hardwood.

On type floors get under the cupboards. Ask if small pieces of furniture need to be moved before cleaning starts. All small items should be moved or at least let the homeowner know that if it is there you are going to clean around them.

I called zerorez because i listen to Bill Handle on KFI and he recommended zerorez and i trust his opinion. When i called i asked the lady on the phone if someone was going to come out and look at the area of carpeting and give me a price. She politely told me no would come out but if I told her the approximate square footage she could give me a price. i think she first quoted me around 180 dollars. it was a small area plus the stairs. I then told her we had some urine stains from our dog. She then told me that would be a different level of cleaning and we be more expensive and would cost 289.00 dollars! I was shocked! But i set the appointment anyway. The guy shows up on time,cleans the little living room and stairs and hands me a bill for 349.00! What?!! How is that? 60.00 dollars more? I know he is just there to do the job, not argue about pricing. So I paid him and swore I would never trust Bill Handle recommendations ever again! I also would NEVER call zerorez again! Lesson Learned on my part!
Robert cleaned my carpets yesterday. When I came home, everywhere I looked was spotlessly clean all the way to each little edge and corner.
He even got out stains that my previous carpet cleaning company had said were permanent !
