You delayed my job by 1 extra hour. It's bad enough that I had to wait between the hours of 1 and 3, and then, you called me to say that the tech. would not arrive until 4. He actually arrived at 4:20. It was not the tech's fault, it is the way you schedule the jobs. On a previous occasion when you were scheduled to work for me, the tech, once again, arrived late and was still working on the carpets after 7:30 in the evening, because he was not able to arrive at the scheduled appointment time. This is a serious problem, and I'm not sure I trust you any longer to keep to your scheduled time. I don't like having to give you a 3 hour arrival window, and then you still arrive more than 1 hour late. (on more than one occasion)
Darnell was our service tech. The first thing that SHOCKED me was the fact he was 15 minutes early. That's right. Early!
Once he got set up, he did not stop. He is a very hard working young man. You are fortunate to have such an individual working for you.
Efficient, friendly, and very personable. Hard to find all of those attributes in an individual nowadays.

Your scheduling strategies do NOT take into consideration that when you actually SCHEDULE an appointment, it's extremely IMPORTANT TO actually KEEP the appointment!! Please put mature people on the phone for scheduling; your phone customer service will be the one thing that will prevent me from calling your company in 6 months for service. Dennis, your technician does a great job with a great attitude - but your schedulers and system of scheduling is completely ineffective for the customer.
I like that there is no residue to attract dirt.

that when I called last week to see if you still had my carpet after all these months, and you did, you have a customer for life. Thank you so much for the great job you did cleaning and delivering it. I lose track of things sometimes!

Your technician, Michael, came out to service the carpeting in my mom's home. her carpet was a huge mess. Michael managed to get everything cleaned. He was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable.
