Your employees are all WONDERFUL! Everyone who has come to my house is so professional and knowledgeable. Most importantly, nobody cleans my carpets as well as Zerorez. I'm always amazed at how just when I think I have to get new carpets, there's no other choice, you guys come out and they look brand-new again. I would never use another carpet cleaning company after using Zerorez.

When the tile cleaning job was finished we had to point out areas to the Zerorez employees where the tile and grout were not cleaned. After the tile and grout completely dried and the Zerorez employees left our house we noticed even more spots where our tile and grout did not come clean. We were disappointed. For the amount of money we paid to have our tile and grout clean, the end result to us was not worth the money spent.
The first time we had Zerorez come to our house we had our carpets cleaned and they came out really nice. We inquired to the Zerorez employee, I forget what his name was but he was very good I might add, how clean he thought our tile and grout would come and then he showed us on a couple of tiles and they came out cleaner than when the recent Zerorez employees just came to our house. This is why we are disappointed in Zerorez.
Pricing. There is a considerable difference between prices in Northern California compared to Southern California.

Your technicians are always friendly, knowledgeable and very easy to respond to any special requests. And most importantly they do a GREAT JOB!
No harsh chemicals, no soap left in the carpet, and the since you don't have to rinse out soap, the process is fast.
Darren did a great job on our carpets. He was very knowledgeable and explained the process of what makes Zerorez different to other carpet cleaning systems. I will request him when it is time to clean our carpets again!
My comments on the booking process: It was very easy to book. The person I spoke to was kind & courteous and I was able to get an appointment the next day. I received my confirmation email late that night (actually very early the next day) and while it was filled with lots of useful information what it did not contain was the actual 2 hour window time my appointment was for. It only had the date. As well, it did not contain a break down of what was discussed on the phone. It would be extremely helpful to have in writing exactly what was discussed (services & pricing) on the phone. The quote I was given on the phone was very different to what the final amount was. I do understand that it was just a quote and the prices are subject to change once the technician arrives. I also understand the confirmation is an auto generated email but a detailed personal confirmation would be much better customer service.

Zerorez always manages to get our carpet clean and looking like new. I had coffee stains, grease, black marks made by shoes, and dirt ground in by contractors renovating our house. But thanks to Zerorez, our carpet is completely restored. The carpet dried quickly and late afternoon, all the furniture was back in place. The technicians were polite and professional.
You are efficient and on-time and did a great job. Sal was my technician and he is certainly an asset to your business. I look forward using Zerorez in the future.
