The best thing is that the stains--95% of them--come out and stay out. And the last guy who came, Carlos, was very thorough, which I really appreciated.

They got my carpets very clean and were nice, timely, professional. However, telephone contact with your company was very difficult. No answer. Repeated callbacks. Finally got someone, who said schedulers were busy and someone would call back. They didn't. I made one more attempt, got a person, and she was very good.

That you can do multi-services and upholstery
First and foremost, I liked the outcome of the carpet cleaning. It looked brand new. The technician was very polite and careful to not damage any furniture. Since that turned out so well, I am going to call and ask for tile cleaning as well!

It's still too soon to tell if the cleaning was well done. It's been my experience over the years that many times dirt & grime re-appear after fabrics dry well. But, as of now, the couch cushions look great!
